Community Hub

Have you walked past 27 High Street Calne - the unit with the bright yellow sign above - and wondered what The Community Hub was all about? Well, there is a lot more going on inside than you might think!

Are you a young mum who would like to get together with other mums?

Are you new to the area and want to meet some like minded people?

Perhaps you have time on your hands and would like to join the volunteer bank?

Maybe you are just interested in what's happening in your local community.

Come along and join one of the activities going on at the Community Hub.

Take a moment or two to find out about local community groups such as  Calne Community Transport, Twinning Association, Age UK, Calne Environmental Network and much more.

Do you run a voluntary community group yourself? Don't forget that we have meeting space which is available on a donation basis. Why not advertise your events at the Hub? We can display your leaflets and posters and get local people interested in what you are passionate about.

Got a problem in your neighbourhood? Come along to the Police surgery and have a chat about it (every Wednesday afternoon from 2.00pm-3.30pm). It can make a real difference knowing that people are there to support you.
